Use of the MyLiquor.com website (“Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Age Requirement (21+)

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

MyLiquor.com is intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By using this Site, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

An adult (21+) with valid government-issued ID must be present at delivery
Packages cannot be left unattended
Alcohol will not be delivered to anyone under 21

3. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

MyLiquor.com does not sell alcohol to individuals under 21.

By placing an order, you confirm:

You are at least 21 years old
The recipient is 21+
Products are for personal consumption only (not resale)

4. Order Processing & Availability

Orders are subject to product availability
We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock issues
Orders may be held temporarily (up to 7 days) for restocking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (processing time applies)
Orders may ship from multiple locations and may arrive separately
Tracking information will be provided (multiple tracking numbers may apply)

Important:

We do NOT ship to PO Boxes
Address changes cannot be made after shipment
Customer assumes responsibility if they request carrier address changes
An adult (21+) must sign for delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if products are undamaged
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return fee: $15 per box
Restocking fee: up to 10%

Non-refundable:

Engraved/custom products

Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts or damage due to absence.

7. Claims & Damages

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days
We may assist with carrier claims, but outcomes are not guaranteed
Claims may take up to 14 business days
Carrier policies and state laws may limit reimbursements

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours (business days)
After 24 hours, a 5% restocking fee may apply
Engraved orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours

9. Packaging & Product Variations

Product packaging may vary due to:

Manufacturer changes
Distributor differences
Legal bottle size variations (e.g., 700ml vs 750ml)

We do not guarantee packaging, labels, or batch numbers.

10. Shipping Protection

Optional package protection may be offered at checkout.

If declined, customer assumes full risk
Claims require photo proof within 5 days
Some damages (e.g., cosmetic packaging damage) may not be covered

11. Specialty Products (Wine & Collectibles)

Wine is sensitive to temperature
Customer assumes risk for heat exposure unless expedited shipping is selected
Older or collectible products may vary in condition and are not guaranteed

12. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

MyLiquor.com is not liable for:

Errors or omissions
Website interruptions
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss caused by third-party services
