Ampersand Opimus 15-Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Tokaji Casks 750ML is a mature Kentucky bourbon aged 15 years before receiving an additional 9-month finish in Hungarian Tokaji wine casks. This secondary maturation adds layers of ripe stone fruit and honey while complementing the deep oak character of the aged bourbon.

The mash bill is 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The profile combines dark caramel, toasted oak, dried fig, apricot, honey, orange zest, and warming spice. It is bottled at approximately 117 proof / 58.4–58.5% ABV at cask strength.
