Description

Casamigos Mezcal Joven is an artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% Espadín agave grown in Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave piñas are slow-roasted for 4–6 days in earthen pits lined with volcanic or river rock, then crushed using a traditional tahona wheel before fermentation and double distillation.

Balanced and elegant, it offers aromas of tamarind and pomegranate with fresh mint and dried oregano, followed by delicate smoke and black pepper and a long, silky finish.
