Don Julio Alma Miel Joven Tequila is a distinctive Joven expression crafted in Mexico from 100% Blue Weber Agave. It combines Blanco tequila distilled with oven-roasted agave honey and Añejo tequila aged for 14+ months, then finished in Crémant du Limoux barrels for added depth and character.

Bottled at 40% ABV / 80 proof, Alma Miel offers verified notes of agave honey, spiced orchard fruit, creamy caramel, and roasted agave. The aroma also shows oven-roasted agave, wildflower honey, and dried fruit, while the finish is smooth and lightly sweet. The blend of unaged and aged tequila makes Alma Miel a true Joven expression with a richer, more layered profile than a standard Blanco.
