El Tesoro Mundial Collection Knob Creek Edition Añejo Tequila is a limited-edition expression from El Tesoro’s Mundial Collection, created to explore distinctive collaborations with renowned spirits producers. This Añejo is aged for 12 months in genuine charred-oak Knob Creek Rye Whiskey barrels, adding subtle sweetness and rye-driven spice to El Tesoro’s cooked-agave character.
The official profile features aromas of cooked agave, peach, vanilla, caramel, pineapple, apple, cinnamon, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, cooked agave is joined by black pepper, cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, orange peel, oak, and spice, followed by a long finish with lingering oak and mineral notes. Bottled at 40% ABV / 80 proof, this 750ML release is a distinctive cask-aged Añejo designed primarily for sipping.
