Produced by Elijah Craig in Kentucky, this expression is bottled uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtration, allowing the character of the whiskey to remain intact. Each Barrel Proof release carries its own batch, proof, and age statement.
Batch C925, released in September 2025, is aged 9 years and 1 month and bottled at a powerful 129 proof / 64.5% ABV. Elijah Craig describes the Barrel Proof profile with aromas of caramel, toasted oak, apple, and orange, followed by rich vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, black pepper, and cinnamon on the palate. The finish is layered and lingering.
