Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted from barrels individually selected by Elijah Craig’s Master Distillers. The bourbon is matured in new oak barrels with a Level 3 char, a process that contributes its characteristic combination of warm spice, subtle smoke, and oak complexity.

The official tasting profile describes an aroma of vanilla bean, sweet fruit, and fresh mint. The palate is smooth and warm with wood, spice, smoke, and nutmeg, followed by a long, sweet, slightly toasted finish. Bottled at 94 proof / 47% ABV, this 750ML Small Batch expression is Elijah Craig’s signature bourbon and works equally well for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in classic bourbon cocktails.
