Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond 7 Year Old is a Kentucky bourbon created as a tribute to the distillery’s early Bottled-in-Bond heritage. Aged for 7 years, it exceeds the minimum four-year aging requirement for bonded whiskey and is bottled at the mandated 100 proof / 50% ABV. Heaven Hill uses its traditional bourbon mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley.

The official tasting profile opens with vanilla, honey, and rich caramel sweetness. The palate is smooth and warm, combining caramel and honey with subtle rye spice, oak, and char, followed by a long, lingering finish. Its seven-year age statement and Bottled-in-Bond designation make transparency and maturation central features of this classic Heaven Hill bourbon.
