Description

Karas Single Vineyard Areni 2021 750ml is a dry Armenian red wine made from the indigenous Areni grape. The fruit comes from a single vineyard in the Ararat Valley, Armavir region, where volcanic soils help shape the wine’s distinctive structure and character. 

The grapes are harvested by hand and double-selected before controlled maceration and fermentation in Armenian oak. The wine is then aged for approximately eight months in traditional Armenian amphoras, known as karases, adding earthy complexity while preserving the character of the Areni grape.
