KENSATU Cornelian Cherry Armenian Fruit Brandy is a premium Armenian fruit spirit crafted from cornelian cherry distillate and bottled at 50% ABV / 100 proof. Rather than being a grape-based brandy flavored with cherry, this expression derives its character directly from the fruit itself. It is part of KENSATU's Gold Edition and comes in a 750ml bottle.
The spirit is produced using an alembic-style still with batch column distillation, followed by multi-stage filtration with activated charcoal and depth filter sheets. Cornelian cherries give the brandy a naturally bold and tart fruit character, while softened spring water is used alongside the fruit distillate.
