Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 700ML is a premium Irish whiskey created in tribute to former Midleton Master Distiller Barry Crockett. It is made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and bottled at 46% ABV / 92 proof.

The whiskey is primarily matured in American bourbon barrels, with a small contribution from whiskey matured in an unseasoned American oak barrel. Its profile features vanilla, toasted oak, lime, green berries, pear, citrus, pepper, cinnamon, and mandarin orange, followed by a long American-oak finish.
