Description

Octomore Edition 16.3 is a super-heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky showcasing barley grown in Church Field at Octomore Farm, Islay. Made from 100% Concerto barley and peated to an intense 189.5 PPM, it is aged for 5 years.

Matured in a combination of Bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximenez casks, it offers honeyed malt, toasted grain and earthy character alongside orchard fruit, citrus, vanilla, delicate smoke and maritime salinity. Bottled at 61.6% ABV (123.2 proof).
