Old Overholt 12 Year Cask Strength Straight Rye Whiskey 750ML is the 2025 annual limited release in Old Overholt’s extra-aged Cask Strength series. It was distilled and barreled in spring 2013, aged for 12 years in Clermont, Kentucky, and bottled unfiltered at cask strength. This bottling is 117 proof / 58.5% ABV.

Its profile features sweet oak, vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon, cherries, green peppercorn, caramel, brown sugar, honey, leather, and charred oak, with a long rye-spice finish. Remedy lists the same tasting profile for this release.
