Description

Port Charlotte 10 Year Old is a heavily peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich Distillery. Conceived, distilled, matured and bottled on Islay, it is made with 100% Scottish barley and peated to 40 PPM.

Matured for 10 years in a combination of first-fill and second-fill American whiskey casks and second-fill French wine casks, it balances dry peat smoke with caramel, vanilla, citrus, malt, oak and maritime notes. It is bottled un-chill filtered and without added coloring at 50% ABV (100 proof).
