Description

Sake ONO RARE First Edition Junmai Daiginjo Sake 720ML is a limited-edition premium sake crafted in Niigata, Japan in collaboration with the historic Koshimeijo brewery. The 2025 First Edition combines two separately brewed Junmai Daiginjo sakes that are harmonized for eight months before bottling.

Made with both Ipponjime and Gohyakumangoku rice varieties, Sake ONO RARE develops in layers, beginning with fresh fruit and floral character before moving into richer savory and umami notes. Only 12,000 bottles of the First Edition were produced worldwide.

The expression is bottled at 15% ABV and offers aromas of green apple, banana, muscat grape, melon, and grapefruit, followed by a clean, soft finish with subtle umami.
