SirDavis American Rye Whisky Finished in Sherry Casks 750ML combines the spicy character of rye with the softness of malted barley. Its mash bill consists of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, followed by finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

Bottled at 88 proof / 44% ABV, it offers aromas of Seville orange, raisins, clove, cinnamon, ginger, Demerara sugar, and toffee. The palate brings buttery toffee, rye spice, malt, citrus, and a soft finish with honey, sultanas, and ripe cherry notes.
